Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Your Inner Sparkle. I want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer regulations.

​

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, where possible

​

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

​

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of printed products, items that have been used, written in, or personalised cannot be returned.

​

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, including a photo where possible. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not offered. Please return the item in line with the policy above and place a new order if you wish to purchase a different product.

Local collection and hand delivery

For items collected in person or hand-delivered locally, the same returns and refunds policy applies. Please contact me directly if there is an issue with your order.
