When I talk about 'your inner sparkle', I don’t mean anything loud or showy. I don’t mean forced positivity or confidence that never wavers.

I mean the quiet, God-given part of you that is still there — even when life feels busy, tiring, or overwhelming. The part of you that hasn’t disappeared, even if it feels a little dim right now.

You might begin seasons with good intentions. You want to be more organised, more intentional, more present — and then life takes over. It isn’t that you stop caring; it’s that there’s very little space left to pause, reflect, or notice what God might be doing.

Your inner sparkle is something God places within you. It isn’t something you earn or manifest. Sometimes you simply need space — space to listen, to reflect, and to begin again gently rather than perfectly.

That’s where this journal and planner comes in!

It is calm, faith-rooted and designed to support your walk with God. Prayer, reflection, bible verses, quotes and affirmations are woven through the pages so planning becomes part of how you walk with Him - not something separate from him.

'It's an invitation, not a demand.  It's a place to pause, plan, and begin again - with God.

Is this planner for me?

It may be for you if you're longing for a more faith-shaped way of planning.

If you want to walk more closely with God - not just stay organised - and you're looking for space to reflect, pray and live with intention, you may find this really helpful.

It's especially suited to you if you often begin seasons with good intentions, but find yourself drifting when life gets busy, and you're looking for a way to reset.

If you prefer planning in shorter seasons, allowing room to pause, notice what God is doing, and begin again without pressure, this is for you

If you're drawn to thoughtful, faith-centred planning that supported both direction and discipleship, this is for you.

Do I need to be a Christian to use it?

No.

It is created from a Christian perspective, and faith is gently woven throughout the pages, However, you don't have to identify as a Christian to use it.

What makes this planner different?

'It is designed with spiritual intention, not just dates and lists.

Rather than focusing on what needs to be done, it creates space to notice what God may be doing - in your prayers, your hopes for the season ahead, and the everyday rhythms of life.

It gently invites you to reflect on where you're being led, what you're praying into, and how the plans you make connect with your faith.

This isn't about productivity for its own sake. It's about planning with God, not simply planning to be more efficient.

Why is it for 3-months?

Because life - and faith - often unfolds in seasons.

Three months offers enough space to set direction, reflect honestly, and notice what God may be doing, without the pressure of committing to a full year.  It allows room to begin again, to adjust, and to respond gently when plans change.

Rather than asking you to map everything far ahead, the planner invites you to focus on the season you're in right now - with openness, prayer and intention.

What this planner & Journal isn’t ...

It's not about productivity for productivity's sake, and it isn't designed to be used perfectly..

It's not a system that measures success by how much you get done, or something you need to feel bad about if you miss a day or two, or only fill in the sections you want.

Instead, it's a gently space to return to- again and again - offering room for reflection, prayer and intentional living at your own pace.
