Thank you for ordering from Your Inner Sparkle. Below you’ll find information about how orders are processed and shipped.

Order processing

All products are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days. During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but I’ll always aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Shipping method

Orders are shipped within the UK using a reliable postal or courier service.

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout 

​

At this stage, postage is charged separately and is not included in the product price.

​

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside my control (such as postal delays or delays with the printers, if sent direct from them).

Local collection 

If you are local and would prefer to collect your order or receive it in person, please get in touch before ordering so this can be arranged separately, and potentially avoid postage costs.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your products may be shipped together where possible.

​

Address accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. I can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed orders

​If your order appears to be delayed or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.
